The Pre-Project
The project idea started very different,
After being graduated of my bachelor degree in France, i decided to go to all the 4 best judo countries of the world, including Japan.
I quickly understood it was too expensiv, and loved japan way too much so i decided to live there a full year. It ended up lasting 3 years +2 of Covid and it was the end for my competitive dreams. I finished my Master degree in Sport and High level to be able to still catch up with high level judo from another side. Quickly i understood i wouldn’t be able to reach the position i want so i decided to launch my own project. (See later the reason why ?)
I was stuck in France, saving as much money i could, stuck because of COVID, i couldn’t train or do anything much. I decided to go few months in Spain where it was possible to train and so try first experience about the judo nomad project. I did then came back in France, say goodbye to my family and…
The 2nd August 2021 i left from Amiens bus station. It was a mix of sadness and excitation.
I knew this time i wouldnt go for few months, i would go for a long time, to the unknown, my father had nearly faint at the bus station because of his diabete and maybe emotion, it was very hard for me to go. I took that bus and cried for a long time.
The actual project
Brussels, the first city of the project till Melbourne where i’m writing those words today.

The goal is to go to all the 197 countries of the world with as less flight ass possible, today it has been more than 50 000km and 39 countries for nearly 3 years.
We teached in about 20 national teams, 250 to 300 clubs and thousands of judo players ! We also did some humanitarian judo related project with refugees from Ukraine and Syria… Went to orphenages in Nepal, went to teach kids that suffer from war in Azerbaidjan etc etc …
Since judo was far from being enough to make the project financially, i started to teach in different disciplines like Judo No Gi, Bjj and MMA, it has been numerous gym seminar organized in Bulgaria, Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Australia.
In 2024 i had the immense privilege of being a coach at the Paris Olympic for Vanuatu and i also participated in the administration part for Indonesia
Why do i do this project?
There are so many reason and i can answer this question many ways.
One of the obvious reason is that i want to share my experience and give back what judo gave me when i was yougner.
